Our site has been reviewed for our privacy statement and we promote the principles of disclosure and fair information practices. Below you will find information regarding our privacy policies. Sharing of Information. We do not share, sell, or distribute any of the information we record such as email address or other personal information. Customer information will not be used without written consent. While you will receive an e-mail confirmation whenever you fill out one of our forms, you will not receive any unsolicited e-mail as a result of taking the form on our site.

Legal Disclaimer. We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on our Website.

Notification of changes. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. If policy changes and/or PII (personally identifiable information) are substantial we will notify our customers via email. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. For your protection all DEBEN LLC employees are required to abide by our privacy policy. We use the latest technology techniques to ensure that your information is secure.

  • When exchanging information with our website we are using 256 bit SSL encryption to and from your browser. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.

  • We use one of the largest hosting providers so our server is in a secure monitored location.
     

  • Your credit card number(s) and password are stored in an encrypted form in our database.
     

  • When we transmit your credit card information we are using 256 bit SSL encryption to and from our provider.

  • We may have to share your shipping address(es) with our shipper.

    Shipping Preferences

    • ALL UPS/FEDEX shipments to a Residence MUST be shipped "Home Delivery". Save yourself a buck or so by having your order shipped to you place of business.

    • All UPS/FEDEX shipments valued $100 and above will be charged an additional $0.85 Additional Insurance per $100 value.

    • USPS shipments are NOT insured unless you instruct us to insure your order. Insurance is not required but if you trust the USPS as much as we do, you should add the $1.75 per $49 of value to your purchase,

    • You may send us Special Instructions with your order by typing a message in the "COMPANY" category of your Log In page.

    • Ignoring ANY of the above requirements may delay your order and could cost you more if we have to take the time to "guess" how much to add onto the incorrect shipping service charge that you have selected.

    Return Policy

    Certain new items are returnable for a period of thirty days from your purchase date; however, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all such refunds unless they are due to our error. You may request to return products that:

    Have not been used, installed, disassembled or damaged in any way and... Appear to be "brand new" in all respects and are in their original undamaged packaging and... Are complete as packaged by the manufacturer and are not missing any components and... Have all original manufacturer's documentation including instructions and warranty

    The following products will not be accepted for return: Consignment, Custom Built, such as (but not limited to) dioramas, structures, vehicles, etc. or... Custom and special orders or... Tools, books and kits of any kind, including subscriptions.

    After we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the parts, and verified that your return meets our policy guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in cases due to our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items shipped to us without complying with all of our policies will not be returned and any items not purchased from us are not eligible for refund.

    Refunds. We will issue refunds for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

    Damaged Products. If your product is received in damaged condition, you must note that on any delivery confirmation documents; then contact the shipper and file a claim for damages immediately. Please remember to keep a record of all communications regarding your claim, including the identity of any persons with whom you speak and any claim or file numbers you are given. You must save all packing materials and contact us within one business day so that we may assist you.

    Warranty. All products sold by us are protected against defects in materials and workmanship by the respective part manufacturers for a thirty-day period from the date of purchase by our customer. In some cases a longer warranty period is granted by a given manufacturer; if this is the case, the terms of such a warranty will be outlined in documentation from that manufacturer that is included with the part. If you believe that you have received a defective product, first review any manufacturer's information that may have been included with your product. If you wish to return the product to us, refer to our returns form for more information.
